Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data for us under contract and only on our instructions:

  • Microsoft, which provides our email (Microsoft 365).
  • The company that hosts this website.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law allows, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider and then deleted. We keep enquiry emails while we are talking with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation again, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to our use of it, or to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Email hello@truesheet.co.uk. We will not charge you, and we will reply without undue delay and within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at hello@truesheet.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and reply without undue delay.

You can also complain to the Information Commission, the UK regulator for data protection: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email.
